James T. Lenehan
Jim was Vice Chairman of Johnson & Johnson before retiring in 2004 after a twenty-eight year career. His responsibilities included the medical device, diagnostic and consumer units and he was a member of the Board of Directors. His earlier experiences at Johnson & Johnson were in the consumer pharmaceutical area as President of McNeil Consumer Products.
Since leaving Johnson & Johnson he has been a financial healthcare consultant. He began his career with Pepsico after earning a BA in Economics from the University of Akron and an MBA from Northwestern University.
Spencer F. Segura
Spencer was formerly Senior Managing Director of Spencer Trask Ventures, Inc., which he joined in 1995 and oversaw the development and financing of numerous early-stage companies. He co-founded or provided initial equity capital for Spencer Trask portfolio companies such as Faroudja, Next Level Communications, Prospect Medical, and Arrive Technologies.
Prior to Spencer Trask, he held positions in the brokerage and financial services industry at D.H. Blair & Co. and Oppenheimer & Co. Spencer earned a B.A. in History from the University of California at Los Angeles and a J.D. from Loyola Law School.
Sherrie Perkins
Sherrie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State University and a Master of Arts degree in Management from Central Michigan University.
Richard Lawrence
Richard is Managing Director of CREST CAPITAL GROUP, a professional services firm of senior consulting professionals, assisting its clients with business design, competitive strategy development, start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring.
He formed CREST CAPITAL after a lengthy career in Financial Services and Management Consulting. He has served as a corporate business executive in banking, information services and chemicals in both the U.S. and Brazil. As a Partner with Bank Street Consulting, Coopers & Lybrand, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and IBM Business Consulting Services, he focused on major corporate clients in banking, credit management and information technology services in the U.S., European, Latin American and Asian markets.
He holds a MBA in Finance from Columbia University, and a BS in Economics from the University of Oregon.
